This notice explains how PJRC Insurance Group LLC handles information submitted through this website and through our SMS text messaging program.
Information you provide
When you contact us, request a quote, or apply for a career opportunity, we receive the information you choose to submit, such as your name, contact details, insurance interests, message, and application documents.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to your request, discuss the services you select, assist with client support, or review your career application. The permission language on each form explains the contact you are requesting. A website inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to general marketing.
Service providers and requested services
Service providers help operate the website and deliver requests and messages. Information may also be shared with an insurer or service partner when needed to handle a service you request, with authorization where required, or when disclosure is required by law. Third-party websites and embedded services have their own privacy practices.
SMS text messages and consent
When you separately opt in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from PJRC Insurance Group LLC at the mobile number you provide about your inquiry, quote or coverage review, appointments, requested services, and customer support. Providing a phone number, choosing Text as a preferred contact method, or submitting a form alone does not give SMS consent. You may choose whether to opt in to SMS text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing insurance or receiving services.
Message frequency varies based on your requests and interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of future text messages. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from the information we share with insurers, service partners, affiliates, or other third parties for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data or consent for marketing or promotional purposes.
Providers that operate our forms, securely maintain consent records, or transmit and support our text messages may process the information needed to perform those services on our behalf. This limited processing does not authorize those providers to use mobile information or consent for their own marketing, or to transfer your consent to another business. We may disclose information when required by law. These SMS-specific limits apply to the sharing described elsewhere in this policy.
Marketing is separate
Consent to receive texts about a request, service, or career application does not enroll you in promotional SMS campaigns or general marketing. Any promotional texting requires a separate, optional opt-in for that purpose. Declining SMS consent does not prevent you from submitting a request or contacting PJRC by phone or email.
Cookies and technical information
The website and embedded services may use cookies or similar technologies for operation, security, and preferences. Your browser settings allow you to manage cookies; restricting them may affect some features.
Care with sensitive information
Please do not enter Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, payment information, or detailed medical records into general website forms. Contact PJRC for instructions if sensitive documents are needed for a requested service. No online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may withdraw permission to contact you or ask about information you submitted by calling 903-722-7572 or emailing jonathan@pjrcinsurance.com. Tell us which request you are contacting us about. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request concerning personal information. Applicable recordkeeping requirements may limit what can be deleted.

We may update this notice as our website or practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
