Submitting a form, scheduling a conversation, or contacting PJRC does not purchase, change, cancel, or activate insurance coverage. Coverage is effective only when confirmed through the applicable insurer or authorized process. Contact PJRC directly when you need assistance with an existing policy.

Insurance services are offered only where the appropriate producer and insurer authorizations are in place. Products and services may not be available in every state or to every applicant.
